The Project
Nicholls completely refurbished and renovated this beautiful Grade II Listed Surrey farmhouse.
The works included extensive landscaping, several outbuildings which were converted into a cinema room above the garage, a home office, a gym and an outdoor kitchen and leisure area by the pool.
A Summer house was built next to a herb garden and feature pond.
