Full barn conversion of a large Grade II listed farm building and stables, comprising a central area with an East and West wing, into a leisure area. The barn was future proofed to be used as a potential dwelling.
Ancillary barn to the family home, a Grade II listed Farmhouse dating from 1610.
Internal areas to be used as a multi-use space comprising a studio, mezzanine space, gym, office, snug, kitchen, bathroom, plant room and a garage.
External courtyard and seating area.
Heating and hot water provided by an air source heat pump.
